At a.li.ás, we do everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! We work with a delivery partner to ship the products, and all orders can be tracked with a tracking number, which we'll always provide once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Portugal (Mainland): 1 to 2 business days with our premium delivery service (usually next business day if ordered before 2pm)
  • Portugal (Azores and Madeira): 7 to 9 business days
  • Spain: 2 to 3 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5 to 6 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the items, size, weight, and destination of your order. If you're ordering from outside the European Union, a.li.ás does not cover any customs fees — these are the customer's responsibility.

  • Portugal (Mainland): Free shipping
  • Portugal (Islands): €10 for orders up to €100; free shipping for orders over €100
  • Spain: €5 for orders up to €100; free shipping for orders over €100
  • Other countries: €10 for orders up to €100; free shipping for orders over €100

Important Information

Order Tracking: All orders can be tracked! We'll always send you the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order's status.

Delivery Issues: If there's any problem with the delivery, contact us immediately! If you notice any issue at the moment of delivery, let the delivery driver know so we can help as quickly as possible.

Deliveries on Holidays or Weekends: Deliveries may occasionally take place on holidays or weekends, depending on our delivery partner's schedule.

Order Changes After Shipping: Unfortunately, we can't make changes to your order once it's been shipped. Please double-check everything before you complete your purchase.

Additional Terms

Promotional Periods: During promotional periods, a.li.ás reserves the right to modify the conditions of shipping, exchanges, and returns. All applicable costs will be clearly presented during the respective order or return processes.

International Orders: Depending on the destination country — particularly non-EU countries — additional charges may apply, such as shipping, delivery, postal, customs clearance fees, or others. These cannot be estimated in advance by a.li.ás due to varying customs policies and import regulations. All customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
