Política de reembolso

As provided by law, A.li.ás allows the exchange and return of items, provided that they have not been used by the customer and that they maintain the same presentation conditions as when they were sent.

Exchange or return requests must be addressed unequivocally to hello@alias.com.pt, within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order.

Exchanges will only be accepted for items of equal or greater value than the item to be exchanged. The value inherent in the shipping costs of the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a return due to a defect or other non-conformity regarding the ordered products, A.li.ás assumes responsibility for collecting the item at an address to be indicated by the customer (provided that it is located in the same country in which the order was initially placed), as well as the values inherent to the shipping costs paid at the first moment.

The return of the value inherent to the articles is carried out through a method to be agreed with the customer.

Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by A.li.ás upon analysis of the condition of the item(s). After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, we carry out a careful analysis of it and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

  1. The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;
  2. The product(s) keep their original features and labels intact;
  3. The product(s) are complete and have been shipped together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

Any exchange or return request must indicate the order number and proof of defect, if any.

Orders to be exchanged or returned must be sent by registered mail to Rua S. Tomé e Príncipe, Lote 40, 3880-107 Ovar.
